Inside the kitchen episode 3

This is what we are going to prepare today: Stuffed chicken breast and fresh salad.

The ingredients you need is 2 chicken breasts, a packet of bacon, blue cheese, salad, tomatoes, cucumber and fet acheese.

First heat oven to 225 degrees and then start filling those chicken breasts. Use sharp knife to cut openings to chicken breasts.

Then take the blue cheese and crumble it. Then fill the chicken breasts with it.

After filling those chickens, take bacon stripes and frap bacon around chicken breasts. One breast takes about 4-5 bacon stripes. Now chickens are ready for oven. Keep them in the oven about 20 minutes.

While those chicken breasts are in the oven, you have time to make salad. Wash ingredients well and then slice them with sharp knife.

After slicing ingredients you can already put them on plates to wait for chicken breasts.

When bacons get nice brown/gold color being in oven about 20 minutes, you can take chickens out.

If you are not sure that chickens are already cooked, you can slice it and check the color. You can see that blue cheese is nicely melted inside. If the chicken is still red, put it back to oven for a while.

When chicken is well cooked, serve it with salad you already made. Add some feta cheese and salad dressing on salad if you like. Don't forget that big class of milk. Easy and delicious. ENJOY!!!

Inside the kitchen episode 2

Today we are going to make Ciabatta bread with some fresh fillings.

So the main ingredients are the ciabatta bread, mozzarella cheese, fresh salad, fresh basil, fresh tomatoes, pepperoni sausage, bacon and sun-dried tomato cream cheese. (I use pre cooked bread, because I ain't no baker.)

So first put your oven on and heat it to 200 degrees. Then take your ingredients ready on the table. Wash vegetables carefully and take mozzarella cheese out of packet. When the oven is ready put Ciabatta breads inside. They will be ready in 10-12 minutes.

Then slice your vegetables and mozzarella cheese and also put bacon on cold pan. Also remember to put heat on stove.

When bacons are almost ready, add pepperoni sausages on pan. Heat them couple of minutes. When bacons look good, take the pan off the stove. Now take pepperoni sausages and bacon off the pan that you can dump extra grease off the pan.

This is about the time when Ciabatta bread is ready. So take it off from the oven.

Now it is time to start the filling. Split bread but don't separate pieces. Spread sun-dried cream cheese on bread.

Then add bacon and pepperoni sausages. After that add mozzarella cheese.

Last put fresh tomatoes, salad and basil. It is important put hot ingredients on the bottom and salad on the top with cheese in the middle. Salad must be fresh and if you put it on hot bacons, it will be ruined. Cheese instead of can take some heat of bacons.

Slice bread in two pieces, it helps when eating it. Serve them with a big class of milk, or two. I can tell you that this bread is delicious. This is a snack to satisfy a hunger, even a large one. Try and experience it yourself. ENJOY!
