Yo, wadap. Been a while since last time being in the kitchen. So here is something new.
This is what we make today: Chicken wok.
Ingredients are carrots, onions, sweet pepper, mushrooms, and chicken fillets. Also you need olive oil, soya, curry powder, chili powder and white pepper powder.
First slice all ingredients to small slices by using knife.
Then heat wokpan and put some olive oil. Then put chicken fillets on wokpan. Cook them about 5 minutes.
When chicken gets nice color you can add those spices.
After spiced chicken, add carrots and onions to wokpan. That is because they takes longes time to cook.
Next add mushrooms. Remember to mix and turn those ingredients around in wokpan sometimes.
After cooking about 10 minutes you can add sweet pepper and some soya.
Then take the pan off the stove and serve chicken wok on a plate. Don't forget that big class of milk. Enjoy!
